RFQ should state: QUESTIONS: All questions concerning the solicitation shall be submitted via email to the following addresses leslie.d.dobson2.civ@army.mil and joseph.c.freeman.civ@army.mil no later than 11:00 am Central European Time (CET) on 18 August 2022 2022. Answers to quoters' questions will be posted to www.sam.gov in an amendment to the solicitation as needed. QUOTE DUE: Transmission of offers in response to this RFQ, shall be submitted as an electronic version in Microsoft Word, or PDF, via email not later than 14:00 A.M. Central European Time on 23 August 2022 to the following email addresses: leslie.d.dobson2.civ@army.mil and joseph.c.freeman.civ@army.mil _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and necessary to perform the non-personal services of maintenance of the chillers, absorbers and cooling towers at USAG-Italy, Vicenza as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
