Please see attached amendment. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Notice to Quoters: See RFQ W912PF22Q0017 posted ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ SUBJECT: Pre-solicitation notice for Indoor Firing Ranges Inspection, Maintenance and Abatement, Caserma Del Din and Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy The United States Government, through the Regional Contracting Office, Italy (Vicenza Office), intends to procure a contract for the subject as follows. The intent of this letter is to advertise the upcoming requirement for as many potentially interested companies. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES NEEDED: This is a requirement to provide Indoor Firing Ranges Inspection, Maintenance and Abatement, Caserma Del Din and Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The performance of the service sites are located on Caserma Ederle and Caserma Del Din in Vicenza. METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of award will be clearly indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ). TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) DURATION OF CONTRACT: Three Years HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Contractors that are interested in participating to this acquisition shall send an e-mail no later than 05 Aug 2022, 17:00 hrs Central European Time (CET) to the following addresses: joseph.c.freeman.civ@army.mil and daniel.l.veenstra.civ@army.mil SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement demonstrating ability to perform the services listed above. In order to deem the vendors' responsibility, such response shall include the following documentation as a minimum: Certificato Camera di Commercio (Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce) NOT older than six (6) months at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry. Self-certifications are NOT allowed. System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) Please ensure that your firm is registered with SAM and that all information is current. If you are not registered or your information is not current, you need to go to https://sam.gov/content/home and fill out a web based application. You must have a New Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in order to start this process. Please begin the process as soon as you receive this RFQ in order to speed up the contracting process in the event that you are the winning quoter. Both requirements are free of charge. NOTE: - In the case of a Joint venture, a copy of the Certificate of Chamber of Commerce of each company and a letter of intent of the joint venture shall be submitted. - If the decision is made to issue a Solicitation for this requirement, additional information regarding the Performance of Work will accompany the solicitation. - The capability statement must be sent by email to joseph.c.freeman.civ@army.mil and daniel.l.veenstra.civ@army.mil This announcement should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
