This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W912PF22Q0014 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) electronically via www.sam.gov only. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-66 Effective April 1, 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 561210 – Facilities Support Services. This requirement is not set aside for small business. The solicitation includes 30 CLINS, including Options that are separately priced. There will be one (1) twelve- month base period and four (4) twelve-month Option periods. The base contract’s Period of Performance is estimated to begin 16 September 2022, with an end date of 15 September 2023, plus four (4) Option years with a total estimated end date of 16 September 2027. The Government anticipates the award being a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for the Fire Suppression Systems on Caserma Ederle and Del Din in Vicenza, Italy.
