This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from the US Army's 414th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office-Italy (414th CSB/RCO Italy, on behalf of the US Army's Southern European Task Force- Africa (SETAF-AF), for the purchase of supply items and incidental services, to be used for training and certification of its military personnel. This is a turn-key firm-fixed-price procurement, for brand name OR equal supplies.The supply items, incidental services and terms and conditions are captured in the RFQ. Attachment 1 lists all the items and services needed; Attachment 2 provides sample Images only; and Attachment 3 is the quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP) which states how the incidental services will be monitored. This is a commercial procurement, using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) at, Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The RFQ must have two volumes: Technical and Price. All items shall be new with the official equipment manufacturer's (OEM) warranties and/or certifications. Used, refurbished, or reconditioned items are NOT acceptable.
