The Regional Contracting Office – Italy, 414th CSB in Vicenza, Italy will use the responses to this notice to determine potential responsible vendors capable of providing the services described herein. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, and equipment necessary to perform to provide front desk services. The contractor shall provide the following specific tasks: Meet and greet customers. Knowledge of ACS, USAG Vicenza and MWR services. Input simple contacts (i.e. customer uses fax machine or using ACS phone to make a call, etc. Customer contact duration is less than 15 min.) in the Client Tracking System (CTS) on a daily basis. Comprised of customer name, rank, date of birth, unit phone and information. Maintain calendar and classroom reservations. Contractor shall provide copies of her/his training certificates to the COR immediately following any training performed. (i.e., Customer Service from MWR Academy, CTIP yearly training, Annual Cyber Awareness). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Caserma Ederle Vicenza Italy. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government anticipates awarding a contract with a base period of performance starting 14 May 2021 and four 12-month option periods. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Quoters that possses a Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Membership (Certificato Storico di Iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio), NOT older than 90 days at the time set forth for the receipt of offers(only applicable for Italian companies). Self-certifications are NOT allowed and will be rejected.
