Description: The project ED-000330-9P consist in the Maintenance and Repair of asphalted paved areas Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy as detailed below: Partial demolition and reconstruction of asphalt paved areas, base course included; Scarification and reconstruction of wearing course and semi-open asphalt concrete course (binder); Raising of existing manhole cover or grill to the new pavement elevation; Replacement of heavy traffic type (breaking load > 40 T.) cast iron square grill or manhole cover with concrete support. FUNDING: The funds will be obligated on each task order issues against this contract, NO funds obligation at the time of award. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is Camp Darby area and Depot area,Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT: The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Proposal resulting in a firm fixed price contract PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period is Base Year and four (4) option years SOA: Contractor is required to be SOA 0G3 Classification I qualified SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on August 03, 2020 at 09:30 hrs. at gate no. 27 Depot Area, Tombolo (Pisa). MISCELLANEOUS: The solicitation package, including the technical specification, description of the work and additional information will be posted within 29 July 2020 on Beta-SAM Opportunities (https://beta.sam.bov) To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun& Bradstreet http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform) and NCAGE (www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) numbers and be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM).
