W912PF-20-Q-0050 FOR “OVERHEAD DOORS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR USAG – ITALY” DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE: The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material and transportation necessary to the periodical check, semi-annual, and urgent repairs to be done by skilled personnel, of all sectional and roll-up, manual and electrical overhead doors in contract. The number of sectional doors to be maintained is 258. METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This is a Request for Quotation resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract. ISSUANCE OF SOLICITATION: 03 August 2020 RESPONSE DATE: 03 September 2020, 12:00 p.m. (Local time, Rome, Italy) (Due-in date for the submittal of quote) PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Base Year plus Four Option Years Base Year: 28 September 2020 – 27 September 2021 Option Year One: 28 September 2021 – 27 September 2022 Option Year Two: 28 September 2022 – 27 September 2023 Option Year Three: 28 September 2023 – 27 September 2024 Option Year Four: 28 September 2024 – 27 September 2025 FUNDING: This project is funded. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 06 August 2020, 09:00 hrs. The meeting point will be at Gate #4, Via Vecchia Livornese, San Piero a Grado (Pisa). HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate to the site all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting an e-mail not later than Close of Business (COB) 20 July 2020 to the following e-mail address: Sonia.zanobini2.ln@mail.mil and cristina.pancaccini2.ln@mail.mil Please indicate in your e-mail the Project Number/Title: W912PF-20-Q-0050 “Overhead Door Maintenance and Repair USAG - Italy”; the name of the company; the address; the phone number; the fax number; the e-mail address and the name of person(s) (maximum two) who will be present at the site visit. A legible copy of the identification document(s) has to be provided. If the person(s) has\/have entry pass(es), a copy of the pass/passes has/have to be provided. Only the person(s) who has/have provided the personal data would be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the gate. The offeror(s) not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base. Not indicating interest as described above does not preclude the offeror from participating in this requirement. Note: Interested Parties are NOT required to attend the organized site visit in order to submit an offer.
