PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FSC: S209 “Laundry and Dry-cleaning Service” NAICS: 812332 “Industrial Launderers” Description of the service: This is to perform the Laundry Service for AFSB, Leghorn Army Depot, Tombolo, Pisa, Italy. Location of the work: The service (the collection and delivery of the garments) shall be performed at AFSB, Leghorn Army Depot, Tombolo, Pisa, Italy. Performance Period: The performance period will be one base year plus four option years, as indicated below: Base Year: 14 September 2020 – 13 September 2021 Option Year One: 14 September 2021 – 13 September 2022 Option Year Two: 14 September 2022 – 13 September 2023 Option Year Three: 14 September 2023 – 13 September 2024 Option Year Four: 14 September 2024 – 13 September 2025 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in Firm Fixed Price contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information will be posted around one (1) week before the site visit. Response date: The due-in date for the submittal of quotation will be indicated in the solicitation. Site visit: A site visit will be held on 4 August 2020, at 10.00 hrs. The meeting point will be at Gate #27 (Depot), Via Aurelia, Tombolo (Pisa). How to participate: In order to participate to the site all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting an e-mail not later than Close of Business (COB) 14 July 2020 to the following e-mail address: ketti.andrei2.ln@mail.mil and Sonia.zanobini2.ln@mail.il Please, indicate in your e-mail the Solicitation Number/Title: W912PF20Q0047 “Laundry Service for AFSB”; the name of the company; the address; the phone number; the fax number; the e-mail address and the name of person(s) (maximum two) who will be present at the site visit.
