Scope of Work : Project EA-00111-0 " Replace obsolete fire detection and alarm system Building 3050,Ammunition Storage Area, Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy.This project includes the design phase and construction phase. This a design-build project. The work consists of designing details and providing calculation and everything necessary to define all the work: remove the existing fire detection and alarm system. Install new fire detection and alarm system in compliance with the last version of UNI 9795 FUNDING: The project is funded LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is Ammunition Storage Area, Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT: The magnitude of this project is less $ 100,000.00 METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Quotation resulting in a firm fixed price contract. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period will be the following: Design Phase: 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed Construction Phase: 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed SOA: Contractor is not required to be SOA qualified SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on June 19, 2020 at 09:30 hrs. at gate no. 1Camp Darby, Tirrenia(Pisa), Italy. MISCELLANEOUS: The solicitation package, including the technical specification, description of the work and additional information will be posted within few weeks on BetaSAM To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun& Bradstreet http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform) and NCAGE (www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) numbers and be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM). We will discuss this at the site visit.
