This is a non-personal services contract to provide recurring maintenance and cleaning of Grease Traps, Lift Pumping Stations, Rain and Sediment Tanks, Emergency Lift Stations, Water Treatment Systems, Water Depuration Systems at the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Vicenza. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, containers, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and other item and services necessary to manage and perform cleaning of Grease Traps, Lift Pumping Stations, Rain and Sediment Tanks, Emergency Lift Stations, Water Treatment Systems, Water Depuration Systems, in order to maintain these systems in good conditions LOCATION OF THE WORK: USAG Italy Vicenza TYPE OF CONTRACT: The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The U.S. Government contemplates to award a contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option-periods of 12 months each. PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE: Date and time will be confirmed with a separate notification.
