DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Contractor shall provide musical accompaniment (organ and piano) for Catholic and Protestant worship services, rehearsals and special worship services in support of the USAG-Italy Religious Support Office. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Caserma Ederle, Vicenza Italy. SERVICE PERFORMANCE: The Contractor shall provide musical accompaniment service in support of Catholic and Protestant worship services each Sunday. Additionally The Contractor shall provide musical accompaniment in support of special services. (i.e. Memorial Services, Holy Days, Midnight Mass, Easter Sunrise, Funerals, etc.) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government anticipates awarding a contract with a period of performance starting 3 February 2020 to 2 February 2024. TYPE OF THE CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Quoters that possses a Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Membership (Certificato Storico di Iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio), NOT older than 90 days at the time set forth for the receipt of offers. Self-certifications are NOT allowed and will be rejected.
