The Regional Contracting Office for the 414CSB in Vicenza, Italy will use the responses to this sources sought notice to determine potential responsible vendors capable of providing the services described herein. SERVICE NUMBER AND TITLE: Project RC-16001-9J Cyclic Interior and Exterior Painting for the US Army Garrison Vicenza Installations, Italy . APPLICABLE SOA: CATEGORY OS7 CLASSIFICATION III OR HIGHER DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The requirement consists in the following primary items: (a) Restoration of interior and exterior deteriorated masonry (b) Cleaning and preparation of surface to be painted (c) Painting of interior and exterior surfaces (d) Removal and replacement of existing false ceiling soundproofing panels. LOCATION OF THE WORKS: Services shall be performed at the US Army Garrison Vicenza Installations (Caserma Ederle, Vicenza - Longare, Vicenza - Torri di Quartesolo Warehouse, Vicenza - Lerino Warehouse, Vicenza - ASP #7 Tormeno, Vicenza - Del Din, Vicenza). EVALUATION PROCESS: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. TYPE OF THE CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: One (1) base year of twelve (12)-months and four (4) additional option years of twelve (12)-months each. SITE VISIT: The site visit and the pre-proposal conference will be conducted tentatively in a day between 20 August 2019 to 23 August 2019. Information about the date and time will be provided via e-mail on a later date.
