The contractor shall manage the Lending Closet Services with customer service expertise and be responsible for the updating and maintaining the Military Installations/Plan My Move website and act as the Relocation Readiness Assistant at the Army Community Service Center, Caserma Ederle, Italy. The Contractor services shall be made available to active duty and retired military, DoD Civilians and their family members, and to Army National Guard and US Army Reserve, when on active duty.
