DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE: This is a service to perform the inspection, testing and maintenance of the paint booth, sandblast booth,mixing booth, compressed air/breathing system and electrical cabinet. This service include a scheduled maintenance, monthly inspection and repairing works. LOCATION OF THE WORK: Camp Darby, Depot Area, Tombolo (Pisa) PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period will be one year and four option years SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on 21 May 2019 at 09:30 hrs at Gate 27, Depot Area, Tombolo (Pisa) MISCELLANEOUS: The request for quotation package, description of the work and additional information will be posted around seven days before the site visit on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun&Bradstreet;http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform) and NCAGE (www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) numbers and be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM). We will discuss this at the site visit. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invitated to indicate their interest by submitting email not later than close of Business (COB) APRIL 23, 2019 to the following address: cristina.pancaccini2.ln@mail.mil Please indicate in your email the Request for Quotation number W912PF-19-Q-0041 and the name of the company , address, phone number and the name (s) of the person(s) who will be present at the site visit (maximum two people), submit a copy of the ID (Carta di identita') Only the persons who have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base.
