The site visit is on-schedule for tomorrow, 23 June 2020 (Tuesday) 0900 - 1230 at Main Gate No. 1 Camp Darby (Tirrenia). ********** UPDATE on 9 JUN 2020: The site visit has been scheduled for 23 June 2020 (Tuesday) 0900 - 1230 at Main Gate No. 1 Camp Darby (Tirrenia). ********** REQUIREMENT TITLE: W912PF-20-Q-0032, Maintenance and Cleaning of Petroleum Oil Lubricants (POL), Grease Traps, Lift Stations, Water Holding Tanks and Fuel Tanks at Darby Military Community U.S. Army Garrison USAG, Italy DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: This is a non-personal service(s) contract to perform a periodical service for cleaning, removal and disposal of the waste produced by the cleaning of grease traps, (POL), sewage lift stations, sedimentation tanks and water holding tanks. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated contract documents. Contractor shall perform the cleaning, removal and disposal of the waste generated by POLs, Grease Traps, Lift Stations, Sedimentation tanks and water holding tanks. The contractor will be the waste generator and shall be responsible for the accounting and documents regarding the disposal of, in accordance with Italian Environmental Law n.152 / 2006 and Successive Modifiche ed Integrazioni (SMI). LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at USAG Italy Darby Military Community (DMC) areas (Camp Darby, Depot, and Ammunition Storage Area (ASA)). METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE: N/A PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government contemplates issuing base year contract plus four (4) 12-month option periods with a starting date to be determined. SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on or around the week of 15 June 2020. This is an estimated date and the firm date will be established on a later date.
