THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it may be synopsized on the FedBIZOpps.Gov (FBO). Please note that official information will be provided by the Contracting Officer. Any information received from other sources should not be relied upon as official. The RCO-Italy is exploring options for Temporary Warehouse Shelter Tents that could be purchased or rented for an approximate period of 36 months depending on availability and cost efficiency. Installation should be included in all price estimates, and maintenance and tear down should be included only in price estimates for rentals. Potential Respondents shall: (1) Provide information on product or services that would successfully meet the current draft Salient Characteristics and draft Performance Work Statement. (2) Provide the company information and CAGE Code. (3) State if it is available under Open Market or a GSA Schedule. The response date for this Market Research is 8 July 2019.
