Description of the service: This is a service to perform Maintenance and Repairs of Electrical, Mechanical and Safety Control Systems of Automatic Gates and Light Barriers in the USAG-ITALY, DMC Areas... Description of the service: This is a service to perform Maintenance and Repairs of Electrical, Mechanical and Safety Control Systems of Automatic Gates and Light Barriers in the USAG-ITALY, DMC Areas. Location of the work: The service shall be performed in all US Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Darby Military Community (DMC) Installations, Tirrenia, Pisa, Italy Performance Period: The performance period will be one base year plus two option years. Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials type contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information will be posted around ten (10) days before the site visit. . Response date: The due-in date for the submittal of quotation will be indicated in the solicitation. Site visit: A site visit will be held on 08 July 2019, 09:30 hrs. The meeting point will be at Gate #4 (Camp Darby Gate), Via Vecchia Livornese, San Piero a Grado (Pisa). Only the person(s) who has/have provided the personal data would be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the gate. Not indicating interest as described above does not preclude the offeror from participating in this requirement.
