The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to manage and perform semi-annual maintenance work and annually-recurring safety inspections for electro- hydraulically and manually operated active, portable (Nasatka),crash beam and wedge-type barriers, traffic arms, bollards and associated safety fixtures at different Access Control Points (ACP's) at USAG-Italy installations in Vicenza and Livorno, Italy. This contract also includes on-call services for emergency repairs of malfunctions at these systems.
