BACKGROUND/REQUIREMENTS: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide maintenance of chillers, absorbers, cooling towers and air ducts cleaning at USAG-Italy, Vicenza. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/INTRODUCTION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the maintenance of chillers, absorbers, cooling towers and air ducts cleaning as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Goverment contemplates issuing a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) contract for one (1) base year and two (2) option years. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Offerors/Firms that possess the" Certificato Camera di Commercio" (Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce) NOT older than six (6) months at the time set forth for the receipt of the quotes. Self-certifications are NOT allowed. The business purpose (oggetto sociale) shall include but is not limited to: Maintenance of chillers, absorbers, cooling towers and air ducts cleaning The successful offeror to be awarded this contract MUST be currently registered in the SAM database. In order to register on SAM website (https://www.sam.gov), vendors must have a DUNS number (obtainable on https://www.dnb.com) and a NATO code (obtainable on https://www.siac.difesa.it/tiki/tikiindex.php?page=NCAGE) PRE - SOLICITATION CONFERENCE: A pre-solicitation conference will be scheduled. The exact time and date will be provided with the solicitation.
