Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR. All responsible sources may submit a quote. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337127 and Product Service Code (PSC) is 7195. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 4.1102, prospective offerors shall be System of Award Management (SAM) registered prior to award of contact. For further information: https://www.sam.gov. For payment purposes, invoices will be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). For further information: https://wawf.eb.mil/ 3. Description: Chapel Pews IAW Requirement Description and Performance Work Statement. CLIN 0001: QTY: 32 EA- Upholstered padded pews with kneelers. CLIN 0002: QTY 2 EA- Chapel pews without kneelers. CLIN 0003: QTY 2 EA- Chapel pew fronts. CLIN 0004: QTY 1 JOB- Removal and disposal of old/current pews. CLIN 0005: QTY 1 JOB- Installation of new pews. CLIN 0006: QTY 1 JOB- Freight/shipping charges for all CLINs. 4. This combined synopsis/solicitation notice is a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, all questions pertaining to this notice received prior to the specified date in paragraph 9 will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office, Vicenza, Italy. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.FBO.gov). Responses must include at least the solicitation number; name, address, email and telephone number of offeror; warranty information; discount terms, proposed delivery date; period of days the quote is valid; and CAGE code. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. 5. Evaluation Criteria: The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Award will be made to a single offeror on the basis of Price Only to the offeror's quote that meets the Technical Specifications of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) and any attached document. The failure of an offeror to provide information sufficient to determine conformance with the solicitation may result in the offeror being ineligible for award. 6. Applicable clauses: The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, 'Instructions to Offerors', applies to this acquisition with the addendum that offerors are required to submit warranty information and parts availability with their offers. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, 'Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items', applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, 'Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items' applies to this acquisition.
