This is a pre-solicitation notice for the rental, cleaning, and handling of portable chemical latrines and hand washing stations. The Government anticipates posting the official solicitation on the SAM.gov website in February or March of 2026. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price, Requirements Type contract evaluated on a low-price, technically acceptable basis. All documentation must be obtained from SAM.gov, and contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible. The Government will not supervise the contractor's personnel, who must perform to the standards in the forthcoming Performance Work Statement.
