This is a contract for range maintenance and lead remediation at the Panzer Range Complex – Range 7, requiring a full material exchange using granulated rubber or rubber blocks at target emplacements. The work must be performed at the specified Panzer Range Complex location. The government will not supervise the service providers, as they will be accountable solely to the winning contractor.
