This Solicitation is in reference to Pre-Solicitation number W912PB25BA001. 1. The contract includes the Repair of Railroad Facilities, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community including the repair of tracks, bridges, culverts, ramps, switches, track gates, buffers, signaling facilities, technically protected and unprotected railroad crossings as well as facilities in accordance with the railroad signal regulations in Tower Barracks (Grafenwöhr) and Rose Barracks (Vilseck). 2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed Amount of Euro 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 5,000,000.00. 3. Contract Period: 01 April 2026 - 31 March 2031 4. Thirty (10) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
