Services include insect control, rodent control, removal of wasp nests, transfer bee hives and hornet nests, removal of oak procession caterpillar, carcass removal, pigeon control in buildings, providing monthly and quarterly surveillance in food and nonfood areas as well as sniffing dogs for detection of bed bugs if required.

The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for Relocation Pest Control Services, USAG Ansbach. A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the sam.gov website around Sep-Oct 2025. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. The Solicitation will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry (www.sam.gov). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Vendors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RPA and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award.
