The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for a purchase of a Dump Truck at USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany. The RFP will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next month, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to the award. Please note, there is 1 attachment (purchase description) with this PRESOLICITATION notice. The actual solicitation will be posted separately along with all remaining attachments and detailed instructions at a later date.
