This requirement includes all refuse collection for both Tower Barracks-Grafenwoehr and Rose Barracks-Vilseck. The Period of Performance is expected to begin on 1 NOV 2025 and includes one (1) base year and four (4) option year periods IAW with FAR Clause 52.217-9.
