The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for Relocation Readiness Program Support Services, Army Community Service (ACS), USAG Ansbach. A firm fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the sam.gov website around Aug-Sep 2025. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RPA and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. The U.S. Government intends to procure Army Community Service (ACS) related services (Relocation Readiness Program Support Services). The work performed will in accordance with German law and regulations. The service location is USAG Ansbach, Germany that includes Illesheim and Katterbach. The period of performance is expected to be a base year and plus four options years. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFQ, IFB, or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
