(Updated - 20JAN25) The PWS has been updated, and all changes/updates are highlighted within the document. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 928th Contracting Battalion/Regional Contracting Office-Bavaria issues a solicitation for Hazardous Materials Driver Training (HAZ) 11 Course in USA for 7th Army Training Command, Combined Arms Training Center. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in determining the successful offer. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS and all associated documentation are provided with this solicitation. The Period of Performance is expected to start on 1 March 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9.
