A contract with Firm Fixed Price will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFP and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted.
