All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Requirements (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for Services on Railroad Bridges at USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr and Vilseck, Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr and Vilseck, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 January 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
