This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr and Vilseck, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 January 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
