The contract includes the repair, installation and replacement of suspended ceilings, walls and doors including electronic locking systems for access control, floors, windows, kitchens, heating and sanitary equipment, metal and wooden constructions, façade constructions, necessary painting work and removal of materials containing asbestos within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community, this means within Tower Barracks (Grafenwoehr), Rose Barracks (Vilseck), Field Camps and Ranges 2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed Amount of Euro 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 10,000,000.00. 3. Contract Period: 01 November 2025 - 31 October 2030 4. Thirty (30) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
