Attached SF30 and RFI answers. This solicitation to provide Small Arms Maintenance Courses (SAM31) to USAREUR soldiers for USAG 7th ATC, CATC Grafenwoehr. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), requirements type contract. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Grafenwoehr, Germany.
