This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Germany. The Period of Performance will start 1 July 2024 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 July 2024 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The RFP will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 45 days, but Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.
