This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Inspection and Maintenance on POL Separators at USAG Bavaria (Hohenfels, Training Area Freihoelser Forst, Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr, Rose Barracks Vilseck and Garmisch-Partenkirchen). The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract. The maintenance and cleaning of POL separators is mandated by German wastewater disposal law and final governing standards. The Contractor shall provide inspection, maintenance and emptying services for a variety of different POL Separator units from nominal size (NG) 3 up to NG 130 and their components. This work includes inspection, maintenance, repair and installation of all components, devices, equipment and systems in accordance with (IAW) the manufacturer’s manuals.

The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to POL Separators Inspection and Maintenance Services at USAG Bavaria Hohenfels, Tower Barracks Grafenwoehr, Rose Barracks Vilseck and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the sam.gov website in Jan-Feb 2024. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RPA and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice.
