This is a solicitaiton request for the 409th Contracting Brigade, 928th Contracting Batallion. 409th Contracting Command has issued a solicitation AND Amendment to provide Floor Mat Rental & Services to USAREUR soldiers for USAG Vilseck. This requirement will be solicited on an Local Set Aside Basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type contract. This requirement will utilize low priceas well as subcontracting validation evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Vilseck, Germany. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT A QUOTE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM.GOV and to frequently monitor SAM.GOV for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
