The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria issue a solicitation to purchase Laser Cutted Steel Parts and various materials to assemble storage containers. A commercial Purchase Order, Single Award with firm fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website ( at https://sam.gov). Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. The RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Firms interested in submitting offers must have an active registration in the System for Award Management, complete the entire solicitation document to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
