409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (FFP/LH/T&M), In... 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (FFP/LH/T&M), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for Services on Fire Fighting Vehicles throughout Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 January 2024 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The RFP will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. Please note, there are no attachments with this PRESOLICITATION notice. The actual solicitation will be posted separately along with all attachments and detailed instructions at a later date.
