A commercial Purchase Order, Single Award with firm fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the SAM.gov website ( at https://sam.gov) within 4 weeks of this Pre-Solicitation.
