The 409th CSB, RCO Bavaria issue a Solicitation to award a Commercial, Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) Contract. The Contractor shall provide dining facility management, food preparation, headcount, food service sanitation and janitorial duties at the Flight Line Inn Dining Facility located at Storck Barracks, Illesheim, Germany in accordance with the standards specified in the PWS. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offeror. The period of performance is expected to start 11 March 2023 and includes a one year base period and four, one-year option periods. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFP from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE RFP PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST: COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov. 9 January 2023: Amendment 0001 is issued to schedule a site visit. 11 January 2023: Amendment 0002 is issued to correct Evaluation Factors & PWS. 13 January 2023: Amendment 0003 is issued to answer vendor questions. 17 January 2023: Amendment 0004 is issued to add a Phase-In Period and to extend the required response date/time. 23 January 2023: Amendment 0005 is issued to answer vendor questions after site visit.
