Remove "Sub-Factor 3: Licensing" as an evaluation factor under 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014) and associated addendum. 4. Provide "HQ MND-SE Anti Discrimination & Anti Harassment Policy Letter" and "HQ MND-SE Commander Philosophy" as an attachment to the solicitation as requested by Vendors. 5.
