To answer all questions presented by Vendors and provide answers from the Requiring Activity. All questions and answers are presented verbatim. 2. To update Subfactor 1: Experience within FAR 52.212-2 to include the deliverable of a resume. 3. All other conditions of the contract remain unchanged. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Romanian Host Nation Engineering Support Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services as described in the attached PWS. The U.S. Army is seeking vendors for the subject requirement. If interested, please provide a quote by the solicitation due date 10 November 2021 @ 1000 AM hours (local time in Romania). Ensure to fill out all sections of the attached Solicitation and provide all associated Technical Evaluation documentation.
