The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Illesheim, Germany. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 03/22/2022. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from www.sam.gov and to frequently monitor SAM for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
