This contract is for the repair and installation of various electrical systems in the Grafenwoehr Military Community, Germany which includes: Dismantle electrical systems, excavate cable trenches, install cables and lines, install and replace cable distribution panels, install and repair street lighting systems and exterior lighting systems, install and repair interior lighting systems and emergency lighting systems, install and replace installation devices (e.g. switches, receptacles, etc.), install and extend electrical distribution panels, install and extend fire alarm systems (Brand name items: "ESSER"), install and extend telecommunication and network systems, install and replace lightning protection systems and grounding systems and other electrical work. 2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of Euro 60,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 10,000,000.00. 3. Contract Period: 01 April 2023 - 31 March 2026 4. Thirty (30) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 5. The solicitation is issued on 14 September 2022 with a bid opening date of 30 November 2022. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 7. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 8. Only local sources are solicited to do business in Germany.
