This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide an upgraded main transformer substation at the Joint Multinational Training Center, Ukraine (JMTG-U). The major efforts for this requirement consists of Contractor shall upgrade and replace required equipment within the main substation on Central City to meet Host Nation (Ukraine) standards. Contractor shall test and perform suitable upgrades to the Base Low Voltage Distribution Network. All work for the base distribution network shall meet Ukraine standards. This request for technical proposals is being conducted as a Two Step solicitation under Part 14.501 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The site visit will be held on Tuesday, 23 June 2021, 1000 hours. Vendors will meet at the perimeter gate to the International Peacekeeping and Security Centre – North of Starychi – Grid coordinate 49.996393559287405, 23.553386045397197.
