See attachments: W912PB-21-Q-4055 0001 Final Attachment 02- Product Specification (Amendment 0001) The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria/928th Contracting Battalion issues this solicitation notice for the procurement of Office Furniture to be delivered and installed to Building 45 in Poznan, Poland. (See site visit address below) The PSC Code for this requirement is 7105, the NAICS code for this requirement is 337122 Nonupholstered Wood Household Furniture Manufacturing. The items under this requirement are subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The contractor shall provide certification of Berry Amendment Compliance. This requirement will be solicited using commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resultant contract will be a Single Award Firm Fixed Price (FFP}, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION to Poznan, Poland. (See site visit address below). The solicitation will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) FFP Contract. Berry Compliance Certification. SITE VISIT INFORMATION A site visit will be conducted at building #45 on 12 and 17 AUGUST 2021 at 1130 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST). Gate Sign - In will be at the South Gate between 1045 - 1115. All participants shall be able to access a Polish Military Installation. Vendors unable to attend the site visit on the scheduled dates and time may coordinate with the Contracting Points of Contacts (POC's) listed below for an alternate date. Attendees of the site visit shall return Attachment- 1 Base Access Roster to the POC's listed below. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure base access is granted prior to site vist.
