All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issue a solicitation for the procurement of the Safety Inspection for various plants, structures, playgrounds and safety equipment within USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch), Germany. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Time and Material contract that includes Time and Materials (T&M) and Labor Hours (LH) type commercial purchase order. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Stuttgart, Germany. Offer due date is 27 August 2021 at 09:00 AM. The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 OCT 2021 and includes a one (1) year Base Period. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from beta.SAM and to frequently monitor beta.SAM for any amendments. This requirement will include the Safety Inspection for various plants, structures, playgrounds and safety equipment within USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch), Germany.
