The objective of this requirement is to provide complete and full maintenance within pre-inspections to obtain technical safety certifications provided by an appointed technical inspection organization (e.g. TÜV or DEKRA) of pressure systems/compressors/tanks. Within the USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch), Germany. This requirement will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis pursuant to the award evaluation criteria stated in FAR clause 52.212-2.in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Germany. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.
