Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to: Change wording in Attachment 01, Common Level of Support CLS 411, Paragraphs 5.2.3 and 5.2.8.1 as shown attached All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. 4. Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend Solicitation due date until 27 September 2021, 09:00 AM as shown below Change Exchange Services from “payable after service year ends” to “ payable monthly” at CLINS 0004, 0008, 0012, 0016, 1004, 1008, 1012, 1016, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 as shown below and on the attached modified Solicitation. Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend Solicitation due date until 17 September 2021, 09:00 AM as shown below All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for USAG Bavaria. This requirement will include the Procurement and Maintenance Service of Portable Type Fire Extinguishers within the USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch), Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 NOV 2021 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
