Re-open the solicitation and to extend the required response date/time from 22 September 2021 10:00 AM to 7 October 2021 10:00 AM CET. 2. Change the performance period from 15-SEP-2021 through 14-SEP-2024 to 01-JAN-2022 through 31-DEC-2024. 3. Add Factor 3 – Subcontracting to the clause 52.212-2, as reads below. Factor 3: Subcontracting SUBCONTRACTING: As required per FAR 52.212-1(b)(12), Subcontracting information is required to be provided. This will be evaluated as being Acceptable or Unacceptable. Acceptable: An offer will be acceptable if it provides either: (1) A statement that all work performed under the contract shall be performed exclusively by the offeror, or (2) A list of proposed subcontractors, joint ventures, or other business partners that will provide work under the contract. The list must contain contact information for each company and explain what work each party will perform under the contract. In addition, the offeror must provide a letter of intent from each party on the list demonstrating intent to subcontract, partner or otherwise work with the offeror in the performance of the contract. The letter must be written on that party’s letterhead and signed by an authorized representative. Unacceptable: An offer will be unacceptable if it does not include either: (1) A statement that all work performed under the contract shall be performed exclusively by the offeror, or (2) A list of proposed subcontractors, joint ventures, or other business partners that will provide work under the contract, including contact information and an explanation of work, along with a letter of intent from each party written on letterhead and signed by an authorized representative. Please note: The Government reserves the right to contact proposed subcontractors to verify letters of intent. In addition, as part of the government’s responsibility determination, the government reserves the right to require the submission of additional information that demonstrates the offeror’ s ability to successfully perform the contract. 4. Add Factor 3 – Subcontracting to the Addenda, as reads below. FACTOR 3 – SUBCONTRACTING The offeror shall provide with its offer either: (1) A statement that all work performed under the contract shall be performed exclusively by the offeror, or (2) A list of proposed subcontractors, joint ventures, or other business partners that will provide work under the contract. The list must contain contact information and explain what work each party will perform under the contract. In addition, the offeror must provide a letter of intent from each party on the list demonstrating intent to subcontract, partner or otherwise work with the offeror in the performance of the contract. The letter must be written on that party’s letterhead and signed by an authorized representative. NOTE: Manufacturers are not considered Sub-Contractors. 5. Replace initial solicitation with attached revised solicitation. 6. Replace the initial PWS by the attached revised PWS, dated 16 September 2021. 7. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001 The solicitation issue date has changed FROM: 30 JUN 2021 TO: 01 JUL 2021 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged This is a non-personal services contract to provide recurring Electrical Safety Inspections and Calibration of electrical equipment CAT A, B, C at USAG Bavaria-Hohenfels. The Contractor shall perform all work and assume responsibility for planning, programming, administering, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide the services specified in the attached PWS. The Contractor shall conduct work in accordance with this PWS and all applicable United States (U. S. ), German, and local laws, regulations, standards, provisions, and directives to include applicable publications.
